We receive volume pricing from our lenders. Very few mortgage companies deliver the number of loans we do to their Lenders.

The more loans we deliver to our Lenders the better rate discounts we get. These discounts are passed on to our Customers. You will always get a better rate and better terms from a Mortgage Broker than you will from a Retail Lender. The Retail Lender pays health insurance, 401K, rent, office maintenance and many other expenses to keep the facility open. Brokers are typically self employed and receive no benefits from the Lender. This gives the Lender the ability to provide us with discounted rates.
